A method for manufacturing a more robust and durable protective net.

Protective net Also known as barrier fencing, this type of fence uses low-carbon steel wire as its support and is coated with anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and anti-oxidation substances. Such fencing boasts features including an attractive appearance, practicality, high strength, large span, easy installation, wide applicability, and affordability. It is typically used in areas with low heights and long distances, primarily serving the purpose of isolation. For instance, it is widely employed in locations with stringent security requirements, such as airports, prisons, industrial and mining enterprises, and border guard posts. However, in the aforementioned areas, the protective fencing often covers large surfaces. Given that these fences are both thin and long, they are prone to deformation under wind pressure or human manipulation; in severe cases, this can even lead to damage to the fencing itself.
To overcome the aforementioned problems in existing technologies, technicians have developed a more robust and durable protective net that effectively minimizes the risk of damage caused by factors such as wind or human pulling. The technical solution adopted is as follows: a protective net comprising two adjacent vertical support posts, a rectangular frame positioned between the two support posts, and a protective mesh enclosed within the rectangular frame. Additionally, the net features a reinforced mesh fixed to one side of the protective mesh and securely connected to the rectangular frame. Specifically, the reinforced mesh consists of multiple horizontally and vertically arranged crossbars; the protective mesh itself comprises multiple interwoven protective wires that are positioned opposite the crossbars and vertical bars. At the intersection points of the protective wires, protective plates are firmly attached to the net. The protective plates facing the horizontal and vertical bars are welded respectively onto the horizontal or vertical bars.

Among these components, the rectangular frame is also equipped with louvers, which are positioned on the opposite side of the protective mesh relative to the reinforcing mesh. The structure includes a guard plate mounted above the rectangular frame; the upper edge of the guard plate features a serrated design, while its lower edge seamlessly connects to the top frame of the rectangular frame. The two sides of the guard plate are seamlessly joined to supporting upright posts. Additionally, there is a rain canopy, which is erected above the protective guard plate. The two ends of the rain canopy are fixedly connected to the tops of the two supporting upright posts, respectively. The middle portion of the rain canopy bulges upward. At the lower ends of the two supporting upright posts are ground-anchoring nails. The surfaces of the supporting upright posts, the rectangular frame, the protective mesh, the reinforcing mesh, and the guard plate are coated with an anti-rust layer. The opening and closing of the louvers are controlled by a drive motor, which is installed on one side of either supporting upright post.
This new type Protective net The advantage of this new type of protective net is that, compared to existing protective nets, it is equipped with a reinforced mesh. The reinforced mesh consists of multiple horizontal and vertical bars arranged perpendicularly to each other. At certain intersections of the protective wires, these wires are welded and fixed to either the horizontal or vertical bars, thereby dividing the larger-area protective net into several smaller sections. This design significantly enhances the net’s strength and effectively prevents damage caused by factors such as wind or human pulling. The structural design of this new protective net is both rational and highly practical, delivering outstanding performance. It is more robust and durable, making it easier to promote and widely adopt.
